IncentiveOps Consulting LLC ("IncentiveOps," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit incentiveops.com, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

This policy applies to our public website only. It does not cover services delivered under a signed consulting agreement, which are governed by the Master Services Agreement and applicable Statement of Work.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information you give us directly. We do not buy data, scrape personal information, or build hidden profiles of visitors.

Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (if provided), and the contents of your message.

Newsletter signups. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name.

Information you send us by email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you include in your message.

We do not run third-party advertising pixels, retargeting trackers, or analytics scripts that profile individual visitors. Our website may use basic server logs and standard Squarespace site functionality, which can include cookies necessary for the site to operate.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for these purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiries and following up on consulting opportunities

  • Sending newsletter content to subscribers who have opted in

  • Improving our content and services based on the questions and feedback we receive

  • Meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

  • Legitimate interests. Responding to contact form submissions and business inquiries falls under our legitimate interest in operating and growing our consulting practice.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and our business, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their services. These currently include:

  • Squarespace — website hosting, contact form processing, and newsletter delivery

  • Cloud storage and productivity tools — internal record keeping and inbox management

We require these providers to handle your information securely and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of IncentiveOps, our clients, or the public.

We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the past 12 months.

6. International Data Transfers

IncentiveOps operates from the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it:

  • Contact form submissions: up to 3 years after our last interaction

  • Newsletter subscriber data: until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we don't contact you again

  • Records required for tax or legal purposes: as long as the law requires

  • Access the personal information we hold about you

  • Correct information that is inaccurate

  • Delete your personal information ("right to be forgotten")

You can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization.

Our site uses cookies that are necessary for basic functionality, such as page navigation and form submissions. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may affect how the site works.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information you provide, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
